Service Description
Rentivo provides a subscription SaaS platform for tenancy, lease, maintenance, payment, and document workflows used by landlords, property managers, and agencies.
Account Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account details, protecting credentials, assigning access appropriately, and ensuring authorised users comply with platform terms.
Acceptable Use
The platform may not be used for unlawful activity, abuse, security circumvention, or actions that interfere with service integrity for other customers.
Billing and Cancellations
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance according to the selected plan. Where a free trial is offered with no card required at signup, billing starts when the trial converts to a paid plan unless canceled before trial expiry. Customers may cancel before the next billing cycle to prevent the next monthly charge.
Failed Payments and Service Continuity
If a payment fails, Rentivo may retry collection and notify the account billing contact. Continued payment failure may result in restricted access or suspension until outstanding amounts are settled, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.
Liability and Governing Law
To the extent permitted by law, service liability is limited to direct losses arising from proven breach. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Privacy and Terms Updates
Use of the platform is also subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable legal notices. Updated terms are effective from the published effective date and last reviewed date.
Payment and Activation Safety
For paid subscriptions, account activation is based on verified payment webhook confirmation. Initiating checkout alone does not grant paid activation status.
